The property was 70% leased at acquisition, and we have since brought it to 100% with our Value-Add strategy. We have completed extensive capital improvements at the property, including drainage repairs, outdoor lighting repairs, and a complete overhaul of the fire sprinkler system. We also increased the scope of our maintenance contracts to include landscaping, portering, and parking lot sweeping, and have hired local maintenance managers to ensure tenant issues are resolved in a timely manner.
