Diab Americas had just taken possession when we purchased the property in late 2021, and there was still some vacant space, so our chosen strategy is Value-Add. We fully leased the property, and our capital improvements at the property have focused around improving the exterior structure of the building, including repairing exterior joints, windows, doors, and safety railings, and have completed extensive repairs to the roof. We also improved maintenance on the fire system by increasing the scope of our maintenance contracts and working to bring the inspection schedule and fire-life systems up to code.
