After purchasing this property from Sears in 2014, we completed 2 building additions, and renovated the space into a 4-unit warehouse. It is now one of the first dedicated Last mile distribution centers in the US, with a prime Denver location. In addition to the initial construction projects, we have completed many capital improvements at the property including replacing the roof, repaving the parking lot, and upgrading the sprinkler systems as well as the HVAC systems. We also improved security at the property with gated entry and security cameras.
