As a ground-up build-to-suit development for strong regional insurance firm Adco General, the project had a critical, positive impact on the re-developing Santa Fe Arts district immediately south of the Central Business District in Denver. An urban infill location, the 801 Kalamath property, the property enjoys exceptional highway and light-rail transportation access, and is proximate to an abundance of amenities, which continue to grow in number as the corridor develops. We sold the building but continue to manage it, and we recently completed a major renovation to the building for the new tenant, Aveda Institute.
