Our strategy with this property is Core-Plus. We want to hold onto this property because of its prime location and have completed extensive improvements. Some of these capital improvements include addressing fire and life safety issues, creating a new entrance to the property, roof repairs, drainage repairs, and improvements to the exterior of the buildings through cladding and repaving the parking lots. We have also repaired and repainted exterior access stairs, and completed both interior and exterior LED lighting upgrades.
